Conference Purpose and Goals
AEP's 2010 Conference, hosted by the AEP Inland Empire Chapter is being developed as an interdisciplinary conference, intended to provide a professionally challenging forum to share ideas and information related to a broad range of environmental issues. The Conference Committee has ambitious goals, seeking to create a unique Conference experience featuring exceptionally qualified speakers, interactive sessions, and insightful keynote addresses from environmental policymakers. The Conference backdrop includes a State of Emergency from the prolonged drought, a market meltdown that has rippled across agencies and industries, and a variety of new challenging legislative changes at the State and Federal level.
AEP intends to seek AICP, MCLE and LEED AP credit for the 2010 Conference
