CANCELLATION POLICY
If written cancellation of the program ad is received by Novmber 15, 2009, a full refund will be made, less $100 administrative fee. If written cancellation of the program ad is received after November 15, 2009 but before January 1, 2010, an 80% refund, less $100 administrative fee, will be given. On or after January 1, 2010, no refunds will be made.
