Room Rate
AEP has negotiated a great room rate of $139/night, single/double occupancy, plus tax.  An additional $9 resort fee includes complimentary airport transfers, high speed internet access, local telephone calls, and two pages of incoming or outgoing faxes.  On a first-come basis, the Zoso will upgrade rooms, upon request, to a “Deluxe” room, at the above Conference rate, subject to availability.  This room rate has been guaranteed for three days prior to and following the Conference, subject to availability, so come early, stay late, and enjoy Palm Springs!

• Room Reservations:   Please call the hotel directly to ensure the Conference Rate, at 760.325.9676.  Preferably, call between 9 AM and 5 PM PST so you speak with the onsite front desk staff, who are more familiar with the Conference attendee requirements.  Please be sure to ask for the “AEP 2010 Conference” group rate.
• Reservation Deadline:  Please book your room as soon as possible (as we expect to sell out), but no later than February 12, 2010, to ensure you receive the Conference rate.  Hotel Zoso rooms and the Conference room rate may not be available after this date, or when the rooms sell out, whichever comes first.
• Check-in/Check-out Times:  Current Hotel policy is a 3:00 PM check-in time and 12:00 noon check-out time.  Guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.  The Hotel Concierge can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early and for guests attending functions on departure day.
• Reservation Changes/Cancellation:  All reservations, changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the Hotel, pursuant to current Hotel policy (see www.hotelzoso.com).  You must advise the Hotel if you wish to cancel your reservation or if you intend to change arrival or departure dates, at least 72 hours in advance of check-in.  Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in one night’s room charge.  Cancelling a room night (departing early) will result in a $50 Early Departure Fee, unless the Hotel is advised of the change in departure at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

The Hotel Zoso was selected due to its excellent location, right in the midst of downtown Palm Springs, and only five minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.   For those flying in, there’s no need to rent a car, as the Hotel has a complimentary shuttle service, and Zoso is in easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and other attractions.

The Hotel Zoso offers parking for day visits at $6 per day.  Overnight valet parking is provided for Hotel guests at a reduced rate of $17 per day per car. Consider parking at the airport for $8/day and using the Hotel's free shuttle.
